1. How long is delivery?
We aim to ship all packages within 1 business day of your order being placed. Delivery times depend on where you are located but as a rough guide:
- Delivery to Australian Metropolitan cities and areas – 1-3 days
- Delivery to Rural Australia – 2-7 days
- International Deliveries can take up to 14 days.

2. Are your products genuine/authentic?
All of our products are sourced from Australian Suppliers that have met rigorous regulations under Australian Laws and thus their authenticity can be guaranteed. All of our products are located in Australia and we don’t dropship, therefor your product freshness can be guaranteed.
3. I'm trying to locate my order. How do I track the delivery?
All our orders are shipped with tracking capabilities, simply reply to your order shipped confirmation email and we’ll assist in tracking your parcel.
4. I'm having problems with promotion codes, can you help?
If you have a promotional code and are having problems using it, please ensure any minimum order amounts or restrictions are met, if your still having problems, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort it out.
Promotion codes cannot be added once you have been issued an order number.
Always ensure that you are entering the correct promo code and that it is still current.
Sometimes promotion codes may not work as they may be expired or sold out.
5. Where's my confirmation email?
If after successfully placing your order, you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder. If your confirmation email is not there then email us at email@example.com with your personal details and we will locate your order and update your details.
6. The product that I've been using has been discontinued, will you be restocking?
Some products may become discontinued by manufacturers and some may become discontinued by Buy Haircare Direct.
We always endeavor to restock and refresh our product inventory however should an item become discontinued by our manufacturer there may be no other way for us to restock these items for you.
7. Do you sell Gift Cards?

9. What do I do with my affiliate code?
After checking out you will receive an affiliate code. This is a unique code that you can share with your friends which will give them 5% off their order. You will also earn reward points for every dollar that your friends spend, so share this link with everyone you know and earn huge discounts on your next order.
